We also offer pick up service for suburbs that are not listed below. Our base is located in Aubin Grove.

Delivery of your order will take place between 7am and 7pm. If the recipient is at a school or business, please provide clear instructions regarding their departure time. It is important to note that we do require a phone number for the recipient in case of any issues.

We deliver our Little Posy from Monday to Sunday. We provide a free message card and a variety of flowers and wrapping options to create diverse styles and colors that complement the message on your card. Welcome add some color to your message card, we'll print it out for you!

Order Before 12:00PM AWST For Same Day Delivery but we always encourage pre-ordering a little further in advance where possible.

How to keep your flowers FRESH?

1. Clean and sterilise your vase.

2. Before putting flowers in the vase, cut stems at a 45 degree angle with a sharp knife.

3. Follow the instructions of flower food for keeping your fresh cut flowers lasting longer.

4. Change the water in the vase at least every other day.

5. Keep your flowers away from direct air conditioning, heaters and fruit. 

FAQs

What happens if there is nobody present to receive the delivery?

If there is no one at the designated address to receive the delivery, it will be securely left in a safe place. If a redelivery is necessary, an additional fee will apply.

What to do if there is a problem with delivering my order?

In case the wrong delivery address was provided or access to the property is not possible due to locked gates or apartment blocks, a re-delivery fee will be charged. If the recipient is not at the address and you would like the delivery to be made to a different location, please coordinate with us directly and not with the delivery driver. We request that you respect the delivery drivers and the time it takes for each delivery. They are on a tight schedule and cannot wait at any address. If the delivery is to an apartment block, it is recommended to ensure that we have access and a mobile number for contact. To avoid any delivery issues, please include the recipient's mobile number in the delivery instructions.

Is it possible to schedule a delivery at a specific time?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of scheduling deliveries at a specific time. If you require a timed delivery, please contact us to discuss and see if we can accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that an additional fee may apply.

Yes, we can! In discussing your wedding florals, please send an email to info@shesaidflorist.com.au to initiate the process.
